Faça seu banho de luz:
(prepare duas horas antes, ou mais)
Um litro de água mineral morna,
uma rosa amarela macerada na água.
um pouco de mel,
tres anis estrelados moídos ou pilados
um pouquinho do perfume que costuma usar.
depois do banho ter descando pelo menos duas horas, coe, coloque de novo na garrafa e utilize morno, antes de sair para a festa!
Os restos do banho (flores, etc) coloque na natureza...
...e lembre-se, não deixe as sacolinhas de plastico no chão quando for entregar um trabalho, isso polui o ambiente e ecologia também é espiritualidade!!!
